Tattoo Snapshot Includes

A snapshot is a basic copy of specific sites, forms, workflows and other things that have been built upon the framework of the platform. They are all generally designed to work together but you will have to customize the details for your situation. For example the workflows are set up but need copy that is to your brand and also need to connect to the right people. Getting the snapshot and going with a solid plan is the fastest path to success with the least amount of distractions.

  • Basic Form Handling: Whether your build is for a single artist or entire studio, the workflows are included to get you moving on your consultation situation in a hurry.

  • Expense Reporting: It took me about 10 years of building sites and an audit at the tattoo studio to realize I could just add a form on my site to help organize studio spending. This is included in every snapshot. You will need a workflow to get the info to goodle drive, but everything is there. Add your branding, make your changes, fill out the form that can save to the spreadsheet if you dont use another method

  • Walk-In Workflow: Need to get people from wherever they are on their phone to a team of artists quick, fast and in a hurry? The walk-in workflow will halp you do just that. You can set it to be round-robin or maybe they want to race for it. Either way, we have you covered.

  • Site and Funnel Templates: There are a ton of templates natively available in the software. From there, I launched LowbrowKnowHow.com, built for teaching programs like Procreate, ZBrush and 3D design to tattoo artists hungry for more. That one is has been stalled to make way for BOLDbooking. Now is finally getting going again, now that each project has its own home.

I came to understand that everything is about structure and connection... and that each project needed real marketing, automation, client management, etc. I felt I was going to have to pay agencies who didn’t get the culture. By this point it was easier to take a couple of months in the slow season to learn about marketing.

So I built LBKH.Solutions, my parent company—and from that, BOLDBooking.io and BOLDLogic.io were born.

BOLDBooking is my take on GoHighLevel—reworked and re-wired for artists, creatives, and small service providers who want power without the bullshit.

BOLDLogic is where consulting, automation, and branding strategy collide—focused on systems, not smoke and mirrors.


I still tattoo. I’m still in the trenches after 23 years. I take out my own trash, clean my own floors, take walk-ins on occasion and even handle all of our web presence. This isn’t theory. It’s field-tested, fuckups-included experience. That's what this is for.
